Versatile Systems Inc. , today unveiled its cloud computing platform at the 2010 Customer Engagement Technology World in New York. The Self-Service Cloud will offer customers of Versatile’s Self-Service solutions a convenient, yet powerful, suite of tools to manage, monitor, and deploy their self-service infrastructures. Leveraging the power and scalability of cloud technology, this suite of services will be available to deployments of any size as a turn-key, zero-installation solution.
