LYNBROOK, New York – Apr. 7, 2015 – Tools4ever, a global provider of identity and access management solutions, has introduced an entirely new solution to its product portfolio, called Identity and Access Manager. Tools4ever’s new Identity and Access Manager is the successor to the company’s flagship product, User Management Resource Administrator (UMRA), and offers the same functionality as this time-tested and highly used application, but makes the implementation cycle much shorter and easier to use.
Because Identity and Access Manager is a standardized solution, IT professionals with little to no programming experience can configure and manage the advanced and robust identity and access management solution using its intuitive web-based forms and workflows processes. This new IAM solution arrives at an ideal time, said Dean Wiech, managing director of Tools4ever, given that ever-increasing demand for Tools4ever solutions has grown substantially worldwide.
Tools4ever, while attending the 2015 annual HIMSS Conference & Exhibition in Chicago from April 12 through 16, 2015, will exhibit the new solution publically for the first time.Tools4ever also will showcase its Self Service Reset Password Manager (SSRPM) and Enterprise Single Sign-On Manager (E-SSOM) solutions at HIMSS.
The Identity and Access Manager solution offers the ability to automate an organization’s user account lifecycle process entirely. With Identity and Access Manager employees and managers can utilize a web portal, independently and easily, to request access to extra applications, rights within applications, distribution groups and office facilities, amongst other items. The approval steps for requests can be easily defined through a highly advanced and configurable workflow process. IAM ensures that after approval is given, the request is implemented automatically in the network.
“Tools4ever’s long-term mission is to offer advanced standardized IAM solutions which are easy to implement and manage,” points out Jacques Vriens, founder and general manager of Tools4ever. “With the new IAM solution, we can continue to meet our high standards of service to our clients, so that they can achieve their identity governance and administration objectives for the foreseeable future.”
