Teradata and WhereScape Deliver Rapid Return on Investment at Delta Community Credit Union

Dallas, TX – October 21, 2013 – Delta Community Credit Union, Georgia’s largest credit union, with assets exceeding $4 billion and more than 280,000 members, is using WhereScape’s integrated development environment and agile processes to quickly develop and deploy enterprise data warehouse capabilities on top of a Teradata appliance that has delivered timely business benefits to its stakeholders.  The announcement was made at Teradata PARTNERS, where WhereScape is demonstrating its Teradata-specific data warehouse modeling and development solutions in booth #208.

Using WhereScape RED, Delta Community Credit Union’s first project focused on membership analytics and was successfully deployed on a Teradata data warehouse in three months.  Projects specific to deposit portfolio performance and business lending were completed in the following six months.  Delta Community Credit Union’s Director of Business Intelligence Services, Su Rayburn, and Lead Strategy Analyst, Melissa Bowen, will detail their successes and best practices today at Teradata PARTNERS at 3p.m. when they co-present “How to Accelerate the Realized Value of Your Teradata Investment Now” with WhereScape VP and General Manager Mark Budzinski.
