SugarCRM Announces Enterprise Partnership with Deutsche Telekom To Deliver Advanced CRM and Cloud Services

Deutsche Telekom, with its systems solutions unit T‑Systems, and SugarCRM Inc., the company that enables businesses to create extraordinary customer relationships, announced a global reseller alliance. T-Systems will deploy Sugar from its secure data centers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and resell the cloud-based CRM solution and services to enterprise customers.
The new global alliance is part of SugarCRM’s initiative for strengthening its offerings in the German market where cloud solutions from U.S. companies can be met with skepticism. Under the agreement, T-Systems will offer SugarCRM’s on-premise solution, as well as a hosted solution from their secure, German-based data centers.
With SugarCRM’s highly flexible deployment model, T-Systems will also have the option of offering customers on-premise CRM solutions and services. The deployment will initially focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with plans to expand the partnership worldwide in 2015.

The partnership includes T-Systems’ operations and services, which meets the most stringent standards for Internet security and data privacy – in addition to the highest standards of reliability and availability for the application. T-Systems consultants, as well as its integration partners, will support customers with the design and implementation of advanced CRM systems, as well as additional critical data source integrations.
