San Jose, Calif., – December 17, 2014 – MapR Technologies, Inc., provider of the top-ranked distribution for Apache™ Hadoop®, today announced it has formed an alliance with SAS, the leader in business analytics software and services. The two companies are collaborating in the area of business analytics and enterprise-grade Hadoop for customer environments.
