One of the more challenging requirements for larger, complex organizations is to complete source-to-target mapping of various data. Some organizations are resorting to hiring, or redeploying significant numbers of people to create the mandated data lineage by hand. This may help organizations comply in 2015, but it is not scalable over the long run.
