Facebook App Caters to Phones of Average Intelligence

Facebook has launched a branded mobile app for feature phones with the help of mobile software maker Snaptu. The app will allow users of feature phones — which are generally cheaper than smartphones — to access Facebook on the go. This could help the social network grow in emerging markets, where many people use feature phones in place of PCs.
