Companion Data Services Launches ‘Co-Pilot’ Approach to Health Claims
July 28, 2014 No CommentsCOLUMBIA, S.C. – Companion Data Services (CDS) is offering a new service designed to streamline health care claims processing and enable organizations to transition systems by product, group or market.
“Our Co-Pilot service ensures that complex transitions of claims are accomplished in a low-risk, cost-effective manner,” CDS President Lola Jordan said. “There’s immediate value and minimal operational impact up front, when the client is learning, testing and validating the new enterprise claims system.”
According Jordan, both the client and CDS provide active support and processing from the outset. During the progression to the ASP (Application Service Provider) model, the client continues to price provider claims with the existing information technology. Provider pricing, membership and other business methodologies are then transitioned in the new system in line with the client’s priority.
“Our new Co-Pilot approach to implementation includes a top-down commitment from our executive leadership, and alignment of our vision and strategies, along with a commitment to staying on schedule and on budget,” Jordan said.
