Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) specialist RiT Technologies Announces Trio of new Appointments

New CEO, CTO and Deputy CEO recruited to spearhead company growth in data center infrastructure management throughout 2012 and beyond

Tel Aviv, Israel – June 11, 2012 – RiT Technologies (NASDAQ: RITT) has announced the appointment of three senior executives to spearhead the company’s growth plans in the Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) sector. Dr. Ben Eshay and Dr. Vadim Leiderman have joined as CTO and CEO respectively, alongside Motti Hania’s appointment as Deputy CEO.

Dr. Eshay, CTO, brings over 25 years’ experience in the electronics and computer sciences sectors to his new role, with previous experience in managing large, complex R&D and business development organizations such as American Unmanned Systems, BNM Technologies and SDS. In addition, Dr. Eshay also served as a consultant to well-established, global organizations such as HP, Intel, Cisco, Lucent and Motorola.

New CEO Dr. Leiderman joins from the Israel Ministry of Defense while Deputy CEO, Motti Hania, was appointed from BNM Technologies Ltd, a company he co-founded in 2008. Mr Hania had previously held a series of senior positions in the high-tech industry including Director of Operations with Panasonic Aero USA.

Dr. Leiderman comments on the appointments: “We made the decision to strengthen our management team as part of our latest strategic investments. Our goals for the next twelve months include a new professional services offering, introduction of new technologies, expanding our international team and developing our partner programme.”
