Once again, enterprise architecture (EA) leader MEGA is expanding business development in Europe and Africa through a partnership with SAFIRA, a well-known IT solutions company that serves leading financial, insurance, telecommunications, and media companies.
In recent years, MEGA has expanded sales and services to Eastern Europe, South Africa, and Asia. With offices in eight countries and 27 global partners, MEGA serves the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
MEGA develops and markets the MEGA Suite, enterprise software for EA, business architecture (BA), and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). The software helps companies improve business performance, decrease operational costs, and reduce corporate risks
SAFIRA, based in Portugal, will focus on business development in its home country, as well as Angola and Mozambique, two African nations with close business ties to Portugal. The company is experienced in business development, consulting, and distribution of IT solutions as a partner of Microsoft, Google, Oracle, and IBM.
Since 1997, SAFIRA has offered solutions to help companies gain business value by designing, building, and managing effective and efficient IT resources. MEGA’s EA and BA solutions will help SAFIRA provide business improvement capabilities to growing companies. MEGA’s GRC solution is especially vital for financial services companies like many of SAFIRA’s customers.
“Companies with global operations expect the highest level of service and support anywhere in the world,” explained Lucio de Risi, CEO of MEGA. “We extend MEGA’s geographical reach through relationships with highly experienced professionals like SAFIRA.”
“Our expertise in business software, technology management, and business process management helps our customers deal with increased challenges. The addition of even more sophisticated solutions through the MEGA Suite will provide them with a new competitive edge,” noted Hugo Velosa, manager of SAFIRA.
