Metazoa’s Salesforce services are the industry’s only solution backed by Metazoa Snapshot, the leading software toolset for Salesforce administrators

Metazoa, developers of the Salesforce ecosystem’s top software toolset for org management, today announced it is providing turn-key service to assist companies with complex Salesforce org management tasks. Backed by Metazoa Snapshot, Metazoa’s services are a project-based offering created for enterprise-scale organizations to help with all aspects of Salesforce org clones, splits, merges and technical debt removal.

“Metazoa has developed the best tools for Salesforce org management, and now we are combining these tools with our in-house expertise to give Salesforce customers an unmatched service offering,” said Metazoa CEO Jennifer Mercer. “Traditional services require a significant time investment. Combining our powerful tools with our vast experience ensures that the complexities of org clones, splits, merges and technical debt removal are handled efficiently”

Created in 2006, Metazoa Snapshot was the first org management solution designed specifically for Salesforce, and was one of the first App’s offered on the Salesforce AppExchange. Over the years, Metazoa Snapshot has grown into the industry’s most comprehensive toolset for org management, relational data migration, org documentation, technical debt removal, and profile and permission set management. And starting today, the same team that created Metazoa Snapshot is now offering turn-key services that customers with complex Salesforce orgs need.

“By utilizing our toolset and extensive experience, we can offer services with greater accuracy and efficiency, saving customers both money and time over traditional consulting services,” added Tom Appleton, Metazoa VP of Sales.

Metazoa’s Salesforce services making its debut with two highly specialized service offerings. They include:

Salesforce Org Clones, Splits and Merges

Cloning a Salesforce org, splitting an org into other orgs, or merging multiple Salesforce orgs into one can be an extremely challenging task for any enterprise to undertake. It requires extensive Salesforce knowledge, and an in-depth understanding of both Salesforce data and metadata. It also requires a suite of tools that can automatically analyze org complexity and structure, discover and remove technical debt, perform org comparisons, and migrate necessary metadata and data. Metazoa’s service team specializes in helping customers with complex org requirements such as clones, splits and merges.

Technical Debt Removal

Salesforce orgs can become extremely complex over time because of things like corporate mergers and acquisitions, poor change and release management practices, failed development projects, or disruptive administrative turnover. This problem tends to be the most severe in the oldest and largest Salesforce orgs, and can result in slow performance, reduced agility, sluggish adoption and IT/business operations misalignment. This is referred to as technical debt, and Metazoa’s service team utilizes proprietary tools to help analyze and manage all of an organizations technical debt.

“After a company merger, we were looking for help with our Salesforce org migration,” said Jeff McKinnis, Executive Director, Information & Analytics at Trust HCS. “The Metazoa team and Snapshot app is absolutely essential in an endeavor like this. Love it!”
