Long View, one of North America’s foremost providers of IT consulting, Cloud services, and outsourcing solutions, has launched its own Technology Experience Center — a leading-edge, virtual laboratory environment designed for Long View clients and staff alike.

“Think of this as a technology showcase,” says Robin Bell, Chief Technical Officer at Long View. “Our new Technology Experience Center symbolizes Long View’s commitment to our clients, staff, and partners — by delivering demonstrations of our industry-leading client solutions from strategic partners’ Cisco, HP, Microsoft, NetApp, and VMware, that provides a facility for the ongoing professional development of our staff. As the development of the center continues other strategic partners like EMC and VCE will be added to the lab’s capabilities.

“As a perfect example,” adds Bell, “the HP Cloud Center of Excellence in our Technology Experience Center is one of the first in North America — and it represents a significant investment by both HP and Long View.”

The Technology Experience Center can be accessed from any of the company’s eight branches across North America as a means of providing client solutions and product demonstrations tailored to each users specific needs. It’s also accessible to Long View’s more than 950 employees and consultants as a platform for testing new designs, software, and learning labs.

“For our valued clients, this is another example of our commitment to unparalleled customer service. And for our staff, the Technology Experience Center represents an opportunity to test client solutions and try out bold, innovative ideas before taking them live,” says Long View founder and Chief Executive Officer Don Bialik. “When you get right down to it,” adds Bialik with a laugh, “it’s the ultimate sandbox for technophiles.”

Through the Technology Experience Center, clients can request demonstrations of Long View’s infrastructure, collaboration, virtualization, and storage and data management solutions, among others.

A shining example of the Technology Experience Center’s considerable capability is its broad range of technology solutions from multiple Partners such as NetApp and Cisco’s FlexPod, Cisco Unified Communications, Video Conferencing, Security and more.

“It provides Long View with the ability to demonstrate multiple partner technologies, which includes BladeSystem Matrix, FlexPod, Cloud Service Automation, and now 3PAR (a utility storage system for mid-sized to large enterprises),” says Bell. “Essentially, it enables us to demonstrate what a true Cloud system looks like.”

Long View’s Technology Experience Center will continue to evolve, c , improve and enhance, as technology offerings multiply. To book a demonstration email demo(at)lvs1(dot)com.
