The report notes that the CPaaS market is set to grow from roughly $11.8 billion in 2022 to $30.6 billion in 2026. It also noted that ā€CAI is a critical piece of the CXaaS equation, allowing for customers to express themselves in natural language and to scale communications effectively.ā€
