Allscripts Healthcare Solutions (MDRX) beat analysts’ Q3 expectations on both the top and bottom lines late Thursday, and raised its full-year guidance. Allscripts reported earnings of 25 cents a share, excluding costs related to its $1.3 billion buyout of Eclipsys last year. That’s up 32% over the year-ago quarter and 3 cents over analysts’ consensus. Revenue rose 13% to $371.4 million, vs. analysts’ average of $364.9 million.
