Farmers Insurance Wins Global Award for Excellence in BPM and Workflow

The recognition marks the sixth award that Farmers has received in the last year for its claims system. Last December, Farmers was also recognized with a similar award from WfMC.  Co-sponsored by WfMC and BPM.com, these prestigious awards recognize user organizations that have demonstrably excelled in implementing innovative business process solutions to meet strategic business objectives.  Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC) and BPM.com jointly sponsor the annual awards, and Future Strategies Inc. manages the program.
